My Story

Hello everyone! I'm Mark Pymm, the Founder and Managing Director of ChargedEV, and I'm taking a leap out of my comfort zone, quite literally, for a cause that's close to my heart.

On the 29th of June, I'll be skydiving to raise funds for Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice. I'm not one for heights, and fast things like rollercoasters are definitely not my cup of tea. So, you can imagine, skydiving is way out of my comfort zone! But that's exactly why I'm doing it. It's about pushing my limits, facing my fears head-on, and setting an example of bravery and commitment for my team at ChargedEV.

At ChargedEV, we're not just about installing EV charging infrastructure and renewable energy solutions; we're about making a difference in our community. Supporting Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice is our way of giving back to the families in Chesterfield, and our surrounding counties of North Derbyshire, North Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire who are going through unimaginable challenges.

The work done by Bluebell Wood is nothing short of miraculous, providing care and support to children with life-shortening conditions and their families. They create an environment of love, laughter, and understanding, something every child and family deserves.

By sponsoring my skydive, you're not just helping me confront my fears; you're making a real difference in the lives of these children and families. Every penny counts, and your support means the world to us.

Together, let's soar to new heights for this incredible cause. Thank you for your generosity and encouragement. It's going to be one thrilling ride, but knowing I'm doing it for such a worthy cause makes every heart-pounding moment worth it.
